Research Interests:

Chemical and optical mechanism of processing in lithography, composition of organic and inorganic-organic recording materials, fabrication and replication microoptical elements.


Lin Pang, a postdoctoral researcher from Tsinghua University, China, has been with UNO since March 2001. His current research interests include: 3-D mask fabrication for photonic crystal, investigation of transferring pattern into substrate with various method (Plasma etching, Reactive ion etching, etc.).
